Tony Davison will this week tell students at Keighley College about the day his life changed.
He will describe the impact of losing his son Adrian in a car crash ten years ago this month.
“He was a passenger in a car driven by his best friend, who was speeding and lost control,” he says. “Our lives will never be the same – I think about my son every day. I hope what I have to say gets the message across.”
Speed is one of the major factors in fatal road collisions. The difference of a few miles per hour can mean the difference between life and death. Motorists who kill or injure someone while speeding have to live with that knowledge and the impact it has upon the victim’s family, forever.
