Winn Group Statement on COVID-19 Outbreak - 17.03.2020

Statement on COVID-19

To ensure we can continue to provide a fully functional FNOL service to all our clients, together with ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all employees, we are implementing a number of contingency measures and procedures to allow for business and service continuity.

While there is currently no envisaged impact to the operation of our services, we wanted to reassure our clients by providing some details from our Business Continuity Plan and demonstrate our readiness should the UK COVID-19 infection rate increase.

We appreciate that you will also have your own contingency plans in place, and our teams will follow your guidance where they are working with your members of staff.

All current measures are in advance of any guidelines or regulations imposed nationwide by the Government, in addition to those imposed as of 17th March 2020.

Specifically, at present we are implementing plans to increase the capacity and capability for all our FNOL and service providing departments to work, at full capacity, from any remote location. As a result, we remain in a position to provide your policyholders with our full FNOL service in terms of telephony and case management.

We will of course continue to watch carefully for new developments as the situation unfolds and adapt our policies accordingly. However, if you have any immediate questions or require any further information, please direct these requests to your Account Manager in the first instance.
