Congratulations to our Award-Winning PA

Congratulations to Janet McCrindle, who won the Best Organised Event Award at the Executive PA Magazine Awards in Pall Mall, London. Janet has worked at Winn Solicitors for seven years, as PA to the Managing Director, Jeff Winn. 

Janet was nominated for this prestigious award after organising the Winn Solicitors Summer Party - a fantastic occasion attended by hundreds of people. Also short-listed were PAs from high profile organisations including Britvic Soft Drinks and The Discovery Channel. 

On the 14th October 2015, at the Executive PA Magazine Awards ceremony, Janet was awarded the title of Best Organised Event. The size and scale of the event, and the way she handled adverse weather conditions which affected the use of the marquee, all impressed the judges. 

Janet said: “I’m very touched to have won this award, as the calibre of nominees in the shortlist was very high. Organising and coordinating is part of my day-to-day job, so it’s fantastic to gain special recognition for my work.”

Jeff Winn, Managing Director of Winn Solicitors, added: “Janet has been my PA for seven years and is fantastic in the role – she is an integral part of the company. Over the years she has successfully managed many projects, but the summer party has been one of her biggest and greatest accomplishments to date, by far. The event was the first of its kind for the firm, and Janet has certainly set the bar for future events. It was a fabulous evening that all of the guests enjoyed thoroughly.
